Shipping policy
Free shipping is applicable on all orders above ₹1,599. Orders below ₹1,599 will incur standard shipping charges, calculated at checkout.
Domestic Shipping (Within India)
- Metro Cities: Estimated delivery within 2–4 business days.
- Rest of India: Estimated delivery within 3–6 business days.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or delays from courier partners.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number by email and/or SMS. You can track your order using the link provided or directly on the courier partner's website.
Delivery & Insurance
All parcels are shipped in secure, tamper-evident packaging. H2D2 is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after delivery has been completed at the customer's address.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate and complete. H2D2 is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping costs arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses. Any extra charges resulting from address issues will be borne by the customer.
Order Refusal
If a customer refuses to accept a delivery for any reason, applicable shipping charges may be deducted, and any remaining amount will be processed as per our Refund & Exchange Policy.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
