2. Products & Pricing

  • We make every effort to display product colours, descriptions, and details as accurately as possible. Actual colours may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.
  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to change prices, offers, and product availability at any time without prior notice.
  • In the event of a pricing or product error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid for that order.

3. Orders & Acceptance

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
  • We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
  • If we cancel an order for which payment has been made, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

4. Payments

  • Payments are processed securely through our authorised third-party payment gateway.
  • We do not store your full card or banking details on our servers.
  • Where Cash on Delivery (COD) is offered, we may require order confirmation before dispatch.

5. Shipping

Delivery of products is governed by our Shipping Policy, including our free-shipping threshold on orders above ₹1,599 and estimated delivery timelines. Please refer to the Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We do not offer returns or refunds. We offer exchange only (a ₹100 fee applies), within 4 days (72 hours) of delivery. Refunds are provided solely for verified damaged products, subject to an unboxing video and intact tags.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the H2D2 name, logo, designs, product images, graphics, and text — is the property of H2D2 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, H2D2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.
